The easiest and most common problem with this is the image size isn't correct when put into the images folder. Be sure that the image is correctly sized to 512 x 512.

RedField76 first of you need to make sure that the file is actually from the game and the name of it should be exactly like the game one if you want to get the original file go to this site and download grey hound https://github.com/Scobalula/Greyhound/releases
go in it then press load then go to your game location then go in zone/all here are all of the textures of the game if you want mp gloves and sleeves go in all .ipaks that has mp in their name and type in then gviewarm then extract them all or you could use these ones that i have
