Custom skin help

Hey all, I’m a little rusty with the custom skin process and was looking for advice. I’m trying to make a dark grey/ black skin for the msr but no matter what I try it keeps coming out blue. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong with the alpha layer maybe or what but any help is appreciated!

first u gotta have photoshop and install this plugin in it https://github.com/GameTechDev/Intel-Texture-Works-Plugin/releases it has readme to how to install and use it if u have photoshop already thats good if not then tell me to send u my version its old about 240 mb its better than the 3 gb the newest version in terms of that and its portable when ur done put your dds files in iwi convertorand done and do this when ur about to do save as part dds set to auto generate

its cuz with some dds convertars changes it from how it suppose to be in game but with this one keeps it the same
