Frozen loading screen

My friend and I tried to play a co-op game of zombies, whenever he tries to join a server his screen freezes in the loading screen, no loading bar or anything(picure bellow) , we both have UPnP enabled and private net configuration:
Any ideas?

What I do is when I start the game, I go to a private game, I choose the first map and when the map loads I exit, and then I join a server SO IT SHOULD WORK NOW SINCE IT WILL HAVE LOADED ALL THE MAPS FOR YOU (Google traslate)
