Can you get banned for changing the BO1 folder's files/adding files to the BO1 folder?

I installed BO1 Zombies Re-imagined mod, and this mod requires this "https://github.com/Nukem9/LinkerMod" which needs to be installed to the BO1 folder or "pluto_t5_full_game".
I was wondering, will this ever affect multiplayer?
Will I get banned for using this? -
@UnknownSniper123 Any tool, program that modifies your computer's memory will activate the plutonium anticheat.

@UnknownSniper123 you would get banned but linkermod doesn't work with pluto.

Dss0 , so in short, you can't play T5 with Zombies Reimagined mod, is that correct?

@UnknownSniper123 not sure. Pluto has implemented mod support for zombies, there is a menu to load mods even without using linkermod. However it lacks some features linkermod has so if that particular mod relies on those features it won't work.
