Error message everytime i try to load into a game

im trying to play my normal solo and coop zombie games and everytime i try and load in my music just slightly lagges and then my game crashes with a black screen and then i hear a error code and when i alt tab i can just see the message saying "Oops, Plutonium looks like it ran into an error" how can i fix so i can play the game??
