Low FPS

Hello, I am here to ask for help because I keep getting like 30-40 fps in MW3 when i shouldn't at all. I followed this guide and did everything and im still getting low fps. I meet the system requirments by a pretty good amount, as you can see from the screenshot from canirunit.com. Is there a fix?

Are you on a laptop?

com_maxfps 60in the game's console and see - Make sure vsync is off
- Update GPU drivers
- Make sure the game runs on your GPU

Resxt No, I am not on a laptop, and \I did what you asked and still FPS drops. And MW3 can run on my PC, it should run on it perfectly fine.

Jayshai I looked through the post and all the comments, and I may have missed it but i don't see anyone explaining how to use the game in Vulkan, not to mention it seems that if plutonium used vulkan it would give a big opportunity for cheaters to abuse it.
