Issues Launching BO2

When i try to launch BO2 from the launcher, it gets stuck on the console with
Loading fastfile code_pre_gfx_zm
[STEAM] 1 calls ready, running...
[STEAM] running call 1

I have tried verifying the game files, disabling and re-enabling on widows fire wall and reinstalling plutonium and the files. It was working perfectly fine before but now its just not working. Help would be appreciated.

Most likely a software or driver on your PC makes the start hang
Could also be a plugged in device

Resxt Any idea what software could potentially cause this to happen?

Usually DX overlays, for example msi afterburner, rivatuner, avermedia software, etc.
