Can't get rid of perma perks

At some point I got all the perma perks and they won't go away, I'm tired them because it makes my game to easy. I've tried some stuff to avail, please give suggestions on ways to fix this issue. I've tried the reset stats command but when I started a game of buried it instantly gave me perma perks.

I almost gave up trying stuff, but I'm pretty sure its connected to user so I just made a new account and it fixed it.

Pretty sure MP progress files are located in:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storageYou can temporarily remove them, and check if perma perks are still available.
