IW5X causes BSOD after playing for a little while
-
Lynxzy maybe because you're trying to play on a client that doesn't exist.

Dss0 A Client that does not exist...? You're saying that My plutonium installation isn't validated as an actual running client on my computer?
-
IW5x is a work of fiction. Yet to be created. Plutonium IW5 is the name of the client you are referring to.
-
Lynxzy IW4x is IW4 being worked on by XLabs hence why they added an x at the end.
IW5 is being worked on by Plutonium so the X of XLabs has no reason to be here. You could call it IW5, Pluto IW5, pIW5 if you wanted but IW5x doesn't exist -
Resxt Ah, Ive been saying it wrong lol! It is in fact IW5, my apologies.
-
Three staff members who respond, all of them referring to a misplaced X in his problem, the actual problem didn't get looked at. Some teamwork at Plutonium!

Dss0 this guy is just mad coz he got given help for something else and never achieved it and wants a one click solution with everything done for him. Just your usual smart COD player
-
Resxt Your condescending tone towards people asking stuff, is something i see frequently. Does not matter dude, it allready shows how quick you respond to this. While i was patiently waiting for someone to respond, you know you godlike coders who think everyone is a 'smart cod player'.
-
JCD2023 you're the one who comes on another topic and make fun of staff for "not helping" although it's a complex almost never seen before issue, although we don't have to help/know the solution and although the guy already received help and didn't reply or bump the topic
Talk to me about my tone when you come bitch on other topics? So yes although you think you're in the right you're just the classic entitled COD player we always see. Anyways not gonna dig a random topic more than that. I'm annoying or condescending to people who act the same
-
Resxt other topics? As in multiple? And 'everything you say' and that referred only to the virus piece of text. Where you implied that i was using a translator? You seem to like exaggerate things to make it more valid.
People asking stuff on a forum because you and your crew is producing it. A little more understanding is in place when they reach out to you and others. That 'we gave you everything you need, it is that simple'- vibe is clearly not showing your tolerance for people who are not just as keen with your knowledge of programming mods or so.
Yet you still havent looked at a file which you could see i did many attempts following 'your' third party guides scattered over multiple sites. And i dont expect you to do anymore, as i get the feeling you dont know the answer. If you were so avid with knowledge, you would be boasting all about it.
Good luck to you and the fellow crew
-
JCD2023 we're not "producing" Bot Warfare, this is a third party mod, it's not officially supported by Plutonium or part of Plutonium
-
Resxt I regard Plutonium as a mod, it modifies the workings of an existing product.
When Plutonium updated files, broke a feature i like to use. And I showed patience, and effort into fixing it myself. And you fail just to look at the issue, which is "as you claim" so simple and easy. But it's much more heroic to call them entitled cod players when they call you out on the way issues get presented to the plutonium crew.

Alright, enough banter. Instead of arguing, can we instead talk about ways that could cause BSOD on this client? Thanks. You all are getting way off topic.
I am reinstalling MW3 itself via steam (I own the game) and will see if it continues to crash. If it does, I will try the free copy that is provided on the plutonium installation page.
