Permanent way to open up pack-a-punch in Tranzit

Hello, i'd like to know if there is a way to permanently open the door to the pap room in tranzit? Maybe there is a way to do it with a dvar or something. I'd really appreciate the help!

I don't know much myself about GSC, but I know that Jbleezy's Reimagined mod has the PaP doors permanently opened as long as the power is turned on. I suppose you could look at the code for that function and make one of your own, or just use it
