IW4x have decentralized Master server, MW2 client from x LABS actually won't die, but the way of installing it became way harder. Don't know about the rest of the clients. Hoping for the best.

I've said this before and I'll say it again, the best practice is to make yourself nearly impossible to find. Do not take credit for anything, do not put out contact information, do not associate at all. Be a ghost, and it's much harder to for Activision to stop you. It may be too late for Plutonium, but I can only hope whoever comes around next sees this and heeds my advice.
