Banned?

Tried to download the game again after maybe a year and a half and it said my account was banned, no idea why if someone could help resolve this or explain the reasoning that would be very appreciated.

You could have saved us some work by telling us which account..........
I found it, it was banned due to being stolen by a group who tries to sell "OG" usernames.
I've reverted the account email to the one from 2020 and unbanned it. Use the password reset function to reset the password and prove you are the actual account owner. I highly advise to not re-use a password you've used before and to enable 2FA.
