Private match error

I get this error pop up when I try to enter a private match game and I can't find anything about this anywhere. -
good afternoon guys, I use this post not to clog the forum. Can I use the z_svr_bots.iwd file in my dedicated server, in case there aren't enough players to fill the lobby?
PS: in my server I only use standard maps, not the dlc ones, not even the custom ones -
