Downloading the T6 DLC's

Hello,
a few weeks ago I got back into bo2 and found out about plutonium and how i can get all the DLC's for free. Me and a friend followed the step by step guide on the forum and were able to install the DLC's as we already own the game itself.
Yesterday we conviced another friend to play the T6 DLC's with us and to download plutonium. However, whenever he was finished and we tried to play the game he wasn't able to load into them, as he kept getting a blackscreen. I am pretty convinced that this is due to the fact that he somehow does not have the DLC's installed, as loading into the maps on his own also didnt seem to work.
When I checked the old download guide I also noticed that the DLC section got removed and later found out he did not even download them in the first place.
I am now wondering, whether there is a new guide or anyone knows where he can download the DLC's.
Edit: we all own the steam version

if you have the steam version of bo2 but you dont have the dlc's just ask someone for the torrents. people still have them
