Mouse issue

I recently had some issues getting black ops to work. When i started up any game, I get no mouse movements. I am a bit confused why I checked my controls and unplugged and replugged my mouse back into the USB and different ports but still not working. I can shoot and aim but cannot look around. People say the disabling sound or game bar might do the trick but at the is stage it hasn't fixed the issue. I'm unsure what the issue is. I would like some help, please.

PetrucciJr Yes So far i have resolved the issue.
My fix or solution was to change the compatibility to Windows XP (service pack 2).
Goto the game location (for example mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II)
Find the exe files t6mp.exe, t6sp.exe, and t6zm.exe. Right-click each one and go to the compatibility tab and change the compatibility mode to Windows XP (Service Pack 2).Thats what fixed my issue. If it doesn't work I am happy to assist you further.

Nothing I do works. I'm Win 11
No mater what compatibility I run, Nothing works.
can see cursor moving to other monitor while in fullscreen mode but wont show over the game window itself
scroll, left & right click work fine. mouse movements not registering to look around. -
