      No you don't need DLCs to boot up the game
      This error indicates broken/corrupted files in your game

        How can i fix this? I've repaired the game 5 times now with the same thing over and over with no solution or fix, is there no way i can download that individual file from a third party?Screenshot 2023-06-06 013318.png

          DrzyFishy idk if you did this already but i think you should go into your steam folders and delete anything that has to do with black ops 2 then reinstall it
