BO2 ADS Sens

My regular hip sens is 2.0 but everytime i ADS, my ADS sens goes super fast as if its at a 5.0 or higher. Ive been looking for a fix on youtube and throughout the forum. Ive tried the command aim_scale_view_axis and i got no change

You might have FOV sensitivity turned off.

Even with that turned on, nothing changes

That was over 1 year ago though, so this looks like a bug that doesn't want to die.
