Bo2 zombies stuck loading

When I try to open bo2 zombies it opens the console loading screen showing loading fast file code_pre_gfx_sfx and just stays there not loading.

You can try this before you reinstall the game:
Update to the latest drivers for your graphics card.
If you have installed mods or custom content, remove them and try launching the game again.
Run as Administrator. Right-click on the game's executable file, choose "Run as administrator," and check if it resolves the loading screen issue.
