Hello everyone I Play on steam os using lutris and wine I been banned recently and I swear on everything I haven't been cheating can you please take a look on my account or at least let me know why you banned me I don't wanna play without plutonium cause I don't wanna get hacked playing regular bo2 [

Same happened to me. I looked and this is what someone said. Someone cheated on a steam deck and since steam decks have about the same hwid the anti-cheat thinks they(the cheater) made an alt and bans you. Idk if there is a fix prob not.

Servo05 Yea I asked in the discord and there was a cheater and since its same hwid on all steam decks the anti cheat bans you. Idk if they un ban you or not.

I found out that i was banned today for.. 327 days? Same story is most people in this thread. I have been playing on the Steam deck and playing mostly with bots on MW3 and zombie mode and I've never actually played online multiplayer. I have most certainly never ran any mods or cheats in any form on or offline in any of the game modes. Is there any solution or appeal to this?

sinvel21 I seen someone report this same issue and a admin said they would unban him because he was on a steam deck it was said that lutris Had some issue with the dxvk causing him to be banned hope that's are case too

Dang, didn't realize this was happening to more people than just me. Just tried to log on now from my Steam Deck and saw that I was banned. Very unfortunate, hopefully we can be unbanned, Plutonium is the only way I can safely enjoy BO2 Zombies!
