'Connection Interrupted' and sent to main menu after a few minutes of playing any MP server

When I load into any multiplayer server my game will work flawlessly for 3-5 minutes before I am hit with an endless 'connection interrupted' error and am booted back to the main menu. It doesn't give me any sort of error code either so I'm at a loss for what to do. Anything would be appreciated!
