unable to run zombies

the Zombies doesn't work on solo or multiplayer, maps wont load and images are missing. ive already verified the integrity of base game and zombies and they say its all there but the issue persists, any help is greatly appreciated (i am using the steam files not a torrent file)

if you don't have the zombies map download it wont load and freeze if you try to enter the zombies game so either pirate the game with the zombies dlc or buy them from steam
