Plutonium Launcher Error "the service you're using is banned."

Hello,
I am receiving the following error when launching any game such as BO2 through the Plutonium client, I have checked after asking on Discord and my launcher is up to date and I have had no similar issues before:
"Could not authenticate to Plutonium: the service you're using is banned." (Screenshot below)Any help to get back up and running would be much appreciated and I would be happy to donate if it helps, I only really play zombies on BO2 and BO1.

I’m having the same issue and I can’t seem to figure out a solution. I’m not sure if you’re playing on steam deck but I’m trying to do so and I get the same error. I was told that the steam deck was banned from plutonium usage but I’m not completely sure if that’s true. If you’re not on steam deck, I wonder what the solution for you is and if it will apply to me. Good luck brother.

I am trying to connect to BO2 from Steam Deck using Lutris Launcher and get the same error. The error message would suggest that the Steam Deck is banned. Why is that? Exclusively the steam deck or all Linux users? Please allow Steam Deck users to connect!

That because someone tried to cheat on steam deck. Steam Decks uses the same HWID which means if one device gets banned all those with the same HWID also gets banned. It isn't really supported much either.
