Si descargaste el juego original, pues creo que no funcionará. Debes usar la versión que te da Plutonium.pw

Evilfish181952 prueba a buscar tu juego en la lista de steam, darle click derecho "Propiedades" > "Archivos instalados" y darle a "Verificar integridad de los archivos del juego" y hacerlo con los 3 ejecutables que aparecen en la lista (El modo campaña, multijugador y zombies).
