Unable to open BO2

Whenever i launch BO2 i got the console stuck on this, but with BO1 for example it doesnt have a problem and i can play as normal

that is what i got and a small window called call of duty black ops 2 multiplayer. but nothing shows. i tried compatiblity mode. run as admin. nothing works

The same thing happens to me, the only thing I found is that they say they uninstall Avermedia drivers and controllers, I didn't do it because I don't know what the drivers are, If it works for you let me know and help me.
