Server keeps disconnecting

A friend of mine has a problem with T6 Zombies, when we join onto a game everything goes well, but, he unexpectedly gets disconnected. He told me that whenever he tries to play SOLO the server disconnected thing pops up after a while playing.
Is there any solution for this? I have tried to give him another torrent of the game, we also searched on the forums and we have not found anything similar.
PD: If anybody talks about pc specs, his pc can run Cyberpunk (for example)

Un amigo mío tiene un problema con los zombies del bo2, cuando nos unimos a un juego todo va bien, pero de repente se desconecta. Me dijo que cada vez que intenta jugar SOLO, le aparece el mensaje de que te desconectaste del servidor dentro de la partida después de un rato.
¿Hay alguna solución? He intentado darle otro torrent del juego, también buscamos en el foro y no hemos encontrado nada parecido a esto.
PD: si alguien habla de su ordenador, le va el Cyberpunk (por ejemplo) -
