    T4M? That's not even plutonium.

    I said:
I have tested this on Plutonium and on none plutonium using T4M file and it does the same on both.

    Didn't say
I have tested this on Plutonium using T4M file

    😁

    Cheers

MAD_DAD I assume you mean WAW servers on Steam then, got us confused a bit

Regarding your Plutonium servers: do you monitor your servers with IW4MAdmin or anything similar (rcon etc)?
Did you change things in your server cfg other than the map rotation? If yes maybe you changed something that causes this issue.
Are you running any script and/or mod?

If no one else has this issue then i will have to go through my scripts and configs with a fine tooth comb. Only mod I run is Botwarfare

Last time I played T4 rcon wasn't too stable so maybe not monitoring the server with IW4MAdmin could help, idk

I will give that a try in case somehow it disrupts the chat

                I tested locally.
                Text chat works fine.
Not only all players should see what you type (spectator as well), but also respect the various mode (global, team chat).
It will save to the log correctly if you have set g_logSync to 1 (read the dvar description).

This is a user (you) error.

Check you have set g_log, g_logSync (should be 1), and that you have configured IW4M to read the correct game log.
All this is already explained in the server install guide because we ship server.cfg(s) with all these dvars already set.
IW4M also has a wiki explaining how to set it up.

Also make sure g_deadChat is set to 1.

Thanks for the input guys, I have setup IW4MAdmin as per their guides from the start over 3 years ago and always had logsync set to 1 and g_log is set. All logs are correct and named different on each server So that's not the problem.

g_deadChat was never a dvar within the server config I have so I have now set it but like I said even chat whilst playing ingame didn't get through sometimes.

                        I will monitor it

At least I know now that its not a global issue and can fault find and track down whats causing the issue.

                        Cheers
