ERROR EN GUARDAR EL PROCESO EN LA CUENTA

hola que tal, este error de guardar el proceso ya me ocurrio 2 vecees, yo era nivel 34 lo cerre el juego y cuando volví a entrar soy nivel 19 y no quiero desbloquear todo,quiero subir de nivel "limpiamente" pueden darme una razon por la que puede ocurrir esto, gracias
