Is Plutonium still active? BO2

Hey - pretty much the title.
I know everybody touts this service as the golden standard for playing old COD games. I've played it in the past and it's been incredible.
Currently the installation guides are all outdated and no longer work. The servers I have joined (there are many) are just filled with bots.
I'm left to believe that all old COD servers are dead. Our last hope for private servers is also dead.
Hope for a response but I don't believe I'll receive one.

What are you even talking about? We have literally all the guides here: docs.
They all work, and they are all up to date.
Can I guess that you have been referring to random youtube videos as "guides" or random posts that do not come from the official plutonium docs?Also, did you know about stats?

Of course it's only Black Ops 2 Zombies which I have been playing for too long now.

BO2 MP hitting 900+ players and MW3 hitting around 300 players on peak hours is not really "only BO2 ZM" to me

but is not normal that on every game there is at least one guy with perfect aim
most of the people don't know or dont care of reporting and if you report one of this guys they get mad and leave.
why would you leave a game if you are not doing anything bad? -
