BANNED! Need Help....

I had a guy help me on teamviewer from a Telegram set this up for me and i guess he put a cheat on there and it banned him while trying to show me. i just literally got everything downloaded. is there a way i can talk to support since he took my $25 to set me up with this and then screwed me over by putting some cheat. He said it was built in that everyone uses it and then he got banned showing me. PLEASE I NEED HELP! He made me try remaking a account if that would work and it just upped the days on my ban. Im just a guy trying to play video games and didnt know how to set this up so i could play while parked in my Semi Truck.

bro its 20 days. he literally made me give him 3 emails. and i kept telling him i didnt want to and just forget it and he said to just send him one more to try he think he got it fixed. idk man. all i can say is im fucked because i sent him the $25 when i seen him play and load in a game then he was shooting literally got banned in like a minute. ( Great anti-cheat BTW) And when he got banned he left the telegram call and he deleted all messages like a bum. i just hope they can see when my account was made and see that it was literally fresh to plutonium. IM INNOCENT lol SERIOUSLY!

To better understand, a guy remotely helped you to use cheats in the game? And he charged you for giving you the cheats?

alright all good, just wanted to ask. and yes im just a semi truck driver that had a 2 day wait for my load. I had someone help me install plutonium because i didnt know what he was talking about i paid him $25 cashapp and he set it up for me.

Here's some advice friend, never trust anyone on the internet to do something for you in exchange for money if they don't already have a known background. Especially something related to setting up a game like this. It is so easy. That dude preyed upon you and obviously caused some issues, but that's your responsibility.
