Mods on zombies but friend cant play because of high ping

im trying to get mods to work on zombies multiplayer but when my friend joins he gets super high ping when he runs around

its because he basically connected to your internet if your internet is shit is connection will be shit or your friend has dish

its not our internet because without mods theyre fine, were thinking its a support issue with the version of our cracked game

when you stand still its fine its when you start moving around aswell
weve also tried swapping hosts, its just the same thing but whoever isnt hosting lags
