BO1 Bugged Launch

Everytime i try to turn on B01 Zombies my game looks like this with changing colors (the colors from the intro are played)
and the intro plays on then the main menu music proceeds to play, and when i open normal multiplayer the game is just a black screen.However, when i turn the game from steam, it works perfectly fine.
If you need the console log reply on the post because i can't post it here. Please help me if you can. Even the smallest amount of help is appreciated -
Alt tab to the bootstrapper cmd, and type in
r_noborder 1; r_fullscreen 0; vid_xpos 0; vid_ypos 0; vid_restartOnce its done, try switching back to the game window.
