Black ops 2 crashing

So I've accidentally set my graphics too high in black ops 2 plutonium and my game is crashing leaving unable to play multi-player
Can anyone help me to reset the games graphics outside the game thanks
[ I already deleted and re-downloaded the game] -
Modify the dvars from plutonium_mp.cfg file in
%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\players, or just delete the file altogether - Plutonium should create a new one with the default settings the next time you re-launch the game.
