Banned from Plutonium Discord Server since I had gotten hacked. Is there a way to get unbanned?

My discord account had gotten hacked and whatever was in my account tried to send links to servers and dms. I've since resolved this issue and now my account is back to normal. Is there a way to be able to get unbanned now? I've enabled 2FA and changed my password.
My discord name is swonc.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Tip for the future: if someone dms you a super cool exe file or website for free nitro where you only have to enter your CC and Discord info think twice
