Missing config file "default_mp_controls.cfg"

So I'm getting this common issue, first of all I had to check on YT for the T6 download as there is no download link in the guide. Now when I'm starting the game I get Missing config file "default_mp_controls.cfg". It is not the steam version so I can't verify files

We do not condone piracy. You obtained your files from an unsupported source. Get a copy from Steam, which is supported.
