Recently I decided to upload some gameplays videos, so i wanna know if there is no problem with that, like you know, Copyright problems or something related with Activision (By the way, I specify that I use the plutonium launcher)

Not at all. If Activision had a problem with it, they will attack the project themselves instead of whatever content you made about it.
