BO2 minimizes during gameplay

only happens on BO2. while I'm playing the game, it minimizes itself. Audio from the game is still playing but trying to access it will just boot me back to desktop. I've heard that deactivating windows defender or antivirus solves it but I always check antivirus before opening plutonium, it still crashes.

I see other forum posts with the same problem as mine and gets 0 replies. I hope someone can find the solution to this problem cuz this is annoying af.
