where can i do ban apeal?

i am asking for unban in the "Ezz" servers ... i was in one of the "ezz" servers when i asked some questions related to the servers changing accounts or passwords, for me to discover that it was my fault i forgot the password ,then, when i told the people in the server i was confused and that I'm not really facing a problem logging in and i just forgot my password, an admin got mad and banned me for being (cringe). i am not sure who is cringy at this point... i got ip ban for that.

Contact them through their Discord or website whatever they use. We don't handle server bans
