Hey there
Normally on the website should be there an explanation how to download the game with using torrent but now there is nothing.
Does that mean that I cant download anymore or did they hide it?
Can someone please help me where i can download the bo2 files?

You will be able to only acquire the game files from Steam as ownership verification checks will be put in place soon. Same story with the DLCs, you must buy them on Steam as well.
