Can i get banned for using DXVK?

I have an intel gpu and performance on older games is really bad so i have to use dxvk to improve performance, dxvk runs game on vulkan instead of directx. I was just wondering will I get banned for using it? because to use it I have to copy the dll files into the game's folder.

I've made use of Vulkan and have had 0 problems, for what that's worth

How did you make dxvk work? I put the .dll files in the game folder, it doesn't work. Please let me know
