BO1 Zombie/Multiplayer cannot be play if you play Multiplayer/Zombie. Solution?

If I can play Zombies BO1, I cannot play Multiplayer and vice versa. Any Solution?

I had that on my notebook once too, all files verified just fine, the solution for me was to try again.
