I need help downloading the bo2 dlc files

Hello i can't find the link to download the dlcs for bo2 zombies. I have the base game on steam but don't have the dlc maps, I have downloaded the maps before on plutonium and played them but since i reinstalled windows i couldn't find the download link for them anymore, would love some help i some can help.
