I continue to have this error and I've even tried to verify my files, uninstall & reinstall everything but nothing fixes it

Minddit I have to dowload the dlc's to paly them? THat would require me to actually buy them right?

yep you need to have the dlcs to play them (obviously) either you buy them or
contact me on discord baloudiny69#7525 for any info
