it's seem to be a missing image (the blue and brown squares are the default images when no image is loaded) so try reinstall your game or contact a plutonium staff to get further info

mjwyaa this simply means you try to play a DLC map without having the related DLC installed.
The game cannot load files that don't exist and defaults to that background
