no puedo entrar a una partida en bo2 zombis

hola, quiero saber si alguien sabe porque no podria entrar a una partida en solo, me queda cargando y abajo dice algo como aweiting challeng y una carga que me a llegado a 72, y no que es aver si alguien me puede ayudar, lo e probado en vatios mapas de zombis y pasa eso
