Problems with keyboard control

I'll give you an example: When we start the game on the Origins map, the mud makes you go slower, because it happens to me that I can't even move when I'm on it, making the game unplayable and tedious. I can't find a solution to this problem. To explain the problem more specifically, it happens to me as if it doesn't detect the keys correctly, or another example, in the Buried map, the weapon that makes you levitate, it jumps a bit but it doesn't get higher, if anyone knows anything please let me know
