When new update is done from downloading ,i got everything good and I played the game, but after I got out of it, something happened that I did not expect, which is to update it again (i should to reopen plutonium.exe again and reupdate it again .... Well that means I have to do this every time I open the game

Not really, the launcher checks if the files are downloaded, and only redownloads them if it doesn't find some files or an update dropped. Are you sure your antivirus isn't deleting any files?

Nah because i turned off my firewall and antivirus is off too .... windows defender also

Can you check if it happens again? Close and open the launcher a few times to confirm

but my game download location is from gifgirl it's repack so i think that's why plutonium won't Responds , what do you think ?

Probably, I've never heard gifgirl repacks. Download bo2 from piry.exe for a clean installation
