how to put custom clantag and titlecard.

Can you tell me how to put clantag and colorful titlecard I already tried to look for video on youtube and I didn't find anything about it and not even here in support help me there please.

for clantag open the console (~) and type "clantag" and the press space and type your clan tag , for title card open the console and type "cardtitle" if you want to change the color press the ^ key or shift + 6 and type a number from 1 to 9
all the colour codes from 1 - 9
^0,^8,^9= black
^1=red
^2=green
^3=orange
^4=blue
^5=cyan
^6=purple
^7=white (default)
