I can't join a custom game

A friend is creating a custom game (in zombies) but when I try to join with the ip and the port it seems to do nothing. Does someone have the same problem?

Papalaya If it doesn't do anything that means it can't connect.
Tell your friend to post a screenshot of his port forwarding settings.
Are you using the ip your friend sees when he opens this page https://www.whatsmyip.org/ ?

Dss0 We are using RadminVPN and when I try to connect to his game with his ip nothing happens, not even an error window
This are the steps that we are following:

• He creates a custom game
• I open the console from the main menu and I introduce -> connect hisIP:4976
• Nothing happens

Papalaya Did he start the game? (xpartygo in the console).
If yes just try the recommended way which is him forwarding the port and you connecting via his wan ip.
