Startup issue

I've been having this odd issue with Black Ops 1 itself. Black ops 2, MW3 and World at War work fine on my end but Black Ops 1 refuses to display on my screen. with and without Plutonium. I thought it was an anti-piracy measurement which I bought the game in hopes of it getting fixed but I'm still experiencing it. I currently have 3 monitors, one which is for my drawing tablet, I unplugged the monitors and that didn't fix it.

On Pluto alt+tab out of the game (if that doesn't happen by itself already) and go to the external console.
User_fullscreen 0followed byvid_restart_completeto get your game into a windowed mode.
You should be able to properly configure the display settings in-game. -

Still tries to make a full screen window, double check you disable that.

You could try to change it in your config, but the 7th line on your screenshot shows it still tries to run in fullscreen mode.

I got multiplayer to work so far, I copy n pasted a config into the players folder. no luck with singleplayer so far
