communicating with server hosts/admins

Hi Pluto Gang,
I was wondering how I can communicate with the admins/owners of a specific server. I’ve looked through discussions in the pluto forums and saw that I needed to communicate with admins/owners through the discord.
Is there just one discord, the Plutonium discord?

We don't handle stuff for server admins. Each server handles this their own way. Some have no contact, others have automatic messages telling you, others have !contact or !discord commands and others can be found on Google
